Feedback from international markets underscored a widespread view that Pakistani professionals generally lack strong character.
Partially, it is because our academia focuses more on teaching facts and skills than on building good character. Fixing this is important to help students succeed in their careers, make better citizens, and eventually build sustainable communities. Superior University aims to address this gap by integrating character-building initiatives into its curriculum, ensuring that graduates not only excel in their fields but also uphold the highest ethical standards.
