Superior University and Kinnaird College for Women University (KCWU) successfully organised a two-
day conference on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from October 12th to
October 13th, 2023. The theme for this year’s conference was ‘Empower, Engage, Evolve: A
Collective Pledge to Sustainability.’
The conference commenced with an engaging opening ceremony, setting the tone for insightful
discussions on sustainable development. Renowned speakers from diverse backgrounds shared their
perspectives on achieving the SDGs.
On the second day of the conference, a Panel Talk on ‘Fostering Interfaith Harmony: A Catalyst for
Peace and Progress’ was held in which Mr. Syed Ali Mohsin Naqvi, the Director of Chaudhry Abdul
Khaliq Center for Contemporary Islamic Sciences (CAKCCIS), served as the moderator,
guiding the discussion with expertise.
