The Superior Character Mastery Framework has been implemented for the top management stakeholders including the worthy Chairman, Rector, Pro Rector, Registrar, Directors, Deans, and the Heads of Departments at the university.

The framework aim is “To empower the top management with the tools and mindset needed to lead with exemplary character, inspiring, fostering a culture of trust and embodying the values of Superior framework for Character Mastery.

Leadership Workshops Series of interactive workshops focusing on ethical leadership, decision-making, and character development. Engaging with experts and leaders to share insights on leading with integrity, empathy, responsibility and stewardship. Facilitating discussions and case studies to apply character-based principles in leadership scenarios. Character Mentor Program

A Mentorship Program where character mastery trainers mentor participants effectively in character education and provide spiritual counselling wherever needed.

This program encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration among top management members for a holistic approach to character education and self-reformation.

Mission Crafting Session

We organize a session to collectively define and articulate a character-driven mission for Superior University and each department aimed to encourage top management to align their leadership styles with the principles of Superior framework for Character Mastery.

These activities have been tracked with an immense aftereffect in the stakeholders’ character-driven leadership style.
