Create a harmonious and ethical work environment among non-academic staff by providing workplace ethics training and recognizing exemplary character in the workplace.

Office staff, Peons, Guards and Cleaning staff.

Activities

1. Workplace Ethics Workshops
  • Develop and conduct workshops focused on workplace ethics, emphasizing values such as honesty, accountability, and empathy from the Islamic perspective.
  • Include case studies and interactive sessions to facilitate practical understanding.
  • Customize workshops to address specific challenges within the non-academic staff role.
  • Organize team-building activities that promote collaboration, communication, and mutual respect among non-academic staff.
  • Include exercises that highlight the importance of ethical behavior in team dynamics.
  • Encourage the application of character-building principles in daily work interactions.
  • Implement a recognition program to acknowledge and reward non-academic staff who demonstrate exemplary character in the workplace.
  • Establish criteria for recognition, such as consistently displaying honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Provide tangible rewards, certificates, or public acknowledgment for outstanding contributions.
  • Non-academic staff members contribute to a positive organizational culture by exemplifying Akhlaq, Kirdar, and Hasb-e-Kamal, fostering a workplace environment built on trust and respect.
